However, with the AI introduction, there becomes ease in breaching cyber security thereby increasing Phishing.

AI could be used by malicious parties to conduct cyber attacks. These parties can do so by fine-tuning AI models to identify vulnerabilities and structure phishing attacks. 

This exploitation of AI could pose a threat to cybersecurity and foster cyber crimes.

One of AI's most significant assets is that it's only capable of doing as it is programmed. Although this seems like a plus in the real sense it is not.

AI operates according to its command only. Malicious parties who use AI to launch cyberattacks can simply hack into your different servers and input irreversible commands to your detriment as the user.

AI algorithms could get altered and could get used in requesting loans, obtaining your sensitive information, etc.

AI Tech is vast and highly adaptive, this makes it easy for malicious parties to invade your privacy and compromise sensitive data from you.

Take, for example, AI helps facial recognition systems, data mining techniques, and surveillance algorithms possess a good amount of your information, so when this cybersecurity is bypassed by malicious parties it puts your data/details in jeopardy as sensitive information about you would fall in the hands of the wrong people which could in turn endanger your life and that of your loved ones.

5. Release Of False Information:

AI-powered algorithms can also be used to manipulate social space and put out false information to you for consumption.

AI's ability to analyze a person's behavior and imitate it without any change in behavioral traits is fascinating. However, this ability can be manipulated by malicious parties to craft false information by using influential people to misinform you. With AI's perfection in imitation, you could hardly differentiate individual voices from AI, as such falling for false news caused by impersonation would be no surprise.

CONCLUSION

AI could arguably be mankind's greatest discovery. However, as it is often said with great power comes great responsibility, meaning that each one of us has a role to play in the safekeeping of AI technology to prevent these malicious parties from seizing control and maximizing the use of AI for their cruelty.
